Situated in the historic centre of Guingamp, this small and charming hotel is housed in a carefully restored and modernised 18th-century town house. Built within the granite ramparts of this beautiful town, La Demeure offers charming accommodation in a unique historical setting.

Ideal for a relaxing stay in the heart of the Côtes-d'Armor region, La Demeure is within walking distance of many of Guingamp's most important tourist sites, including the Notre-Dame de Bon Secours Basilica and the town hall. The north coast of Brittany, with its fabulous beaches and charming coastal villages such as Paimpol and Perros-Guirec, is also easily accessible.

With only ten rooms and suites, intimate comfort is guaranteed at La Demeure. Most of the rooms and suites are located in the historic granite-faced building, while others are located in the new wing, with an avant-garde design and a skilful combination of stone, glass and steel, while offering a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Hotel guests can enjoy delicious snacks, teas and dishes in the Sidonie & Compagnie restaurant and tea room, which also sells typical local Breton products.

- Double Room: These rooms are equipped with an electric king-size bed and a private bathroom with shower.

- Fée Mélusine - Twin Room: This elegant room is decorated in pastel tones and has a private bathroom with shower.

- Double - Patio: Located in the contemporary wing of the hotel, these rooms are arranged around the patio and feature a spacious bathroom with rain shower, LCD TV and contemporary furniture. Room size 15 m2.

- Double / Twin Suite: These suites are equipped with a king-size double bed or twin beds. Room size 40 m2

-King Morvan Suite: Located on the first floor, this spacious suite includes a fully equipped kitchenette. Delightful period decoration, with wood panelling and parquet flooring, it also has a large private terrace offering a magnificent view of the Breton landscape.
